Strawberry Basil Fromage

The flavor was outstanding and texture was delightfully creamy. Two of my family members sampled the cheese and were very pleased, one of which is quite the skeptic.

This was such a pleasant surprise! If you’re looking for a sweeter cheese, this one is absolutely delicious. It’s rich, creamy, and makes for a great snack or addition to a charcuterie board. I wasn’t able to pick up a strong strawberry flavor, and I honestly didn’t notice the basil, but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed it. The overall flavor is fantastic, and the creamy texture is spot on. As someone with alpha-gal syndrome who’s basically a forced “vegan,” I’m continually amazed by how authentic Rebel’s cheeses taste. This is another one I’d happily order again!

Simply delicious!

OMG this is simply delicious! The strawberry and basil are a beautiful combination. I had this on a plain croissant and so good! I then had this with Trader Joe's Gold Rounds Crackers and again, perfection! The "buttery" flavor of the cracker with the strawberry basil was AMAZING!
