HEP Flaw

Liked the glasses, even though they felt not quite as quality as my previous Smith glasses. However, within 6 months I lost my first nose piece, then a month later the second nose piece fell off. Once I found customer service, more difficult on the website then it should be, I learned this is not covered by warrenty, nor do they have replacement parts. But, they offered me 30% off to buy a new part :/

I purchased a new MTB helmet and the size was just a bit too small, I contacted the customer care dept and the handled the return and sent out another helmet right away. I've purchased Glade products in the past and I've always been Impressed with the quality and price.
