A great quality Creatine that can be added seamlessly into daily habits. Dissolves well and has no aftertaste. One scoop is enough for me and I can definitely see results.

Have this daily. . . I am a sleep deprived mum in peri menopause so looking after brain health is key. I like to think this is doing some good in that regard

This is a well tolerated creatine which whilst a little pricey, does not leave gritty aftertaste like others. For me it’s easy to consume and helps with muscle fullness, it does not cause bloat as I’ve seen in the past either.
