ELEVATE "MARSHMALLOW”

I enjoy the sunglasses, but it also took 52 days to get to me. In those 52 frustrating days, I contacted support over 7 times, not one time have they told me what the issue was. They would always respond with the most generic and AI written responses, with no help in sight. I understand things happen, I really do. When it comes to your customers, you need to always make them see your side and make known what the issue is. I would not have been as frustrated if I would have been informed. They did not make things right with me, they did not help me, they did not treat me as a real customer. If you are reading this review, think again about buying a pair. This whole process was disappointing and frustrating the entire time.
