The amount of waste done by Sakara with each of their shipments is a shame. This one small bottle came inside a large 2 foot box stuffed with wrapping. A shame.

Fiber bites
Seeing some of the reviews that people did not like the taste of fiber bites, I was concerned. I enjoy the taste-not too sweet, just right. It is too early to say if they are helping-only day 6 of taking them.

Amazing
I was drinking Metamucil every day and thought I’d try these. They work SO well and the quality of bm is so much better than Metamucil. So happy to have something so easy and effective. No more drinking slimy water! Yay!
