Hi! I genuinely love Ölend⁠ bags. I live in Colombia and already own three of them. The shipping service, the product quality, and the delivery times have all been great. The only issue I experienced was with my last delivery through DHL. In Colombia, DHL charges very high fees for handling the customs clearance process. For example, my last Ölend order cost €117 including shipping from Spain to Colombia, and here in Colombia we already know we have to pay the 19% import tax, which was around €17 extra. That part is expected when ordering internationally. However, DHL also charged me an additional €50 just for handling the customs process internally, saying it’s simply their standard fee. I mention this because I currently buy from other Spanish and French brands that ship with FedEx, and I’ve never had to pay anything beyond the 19% import tax. Maybe it’s something worth reviewing with DHL if Latin American countries are part of your target market. I think I would purchase more often if it weren’t for the DHL fees — and I completely understand this is not Ölend’s fault.
