Although a bit skeptical about how this essential oil would work, I was quite impressed at how soundly I slept.

I use the sleep oil in combination with 4 other things to get to sleep. So I am trusting it is helping........ it takes a village to get old bodies to sleep and more important to stay asleep! So far so good.
