Tree came with little dirt and all leaves completely dry and crunchy. Replacement is being sent out.

Foolproof 1st year
Going into fall of the first year, tree has been healthy and trouble free. Got a few figs and a bunch of growth. Even tolerated a broken irrigation pipe period of drought with no problems.
