Unfortunately not for me. Apparently my ears are too big for the ear wigs to work in my ear. Didn't work for me as far as simulation ,I never felt any and have returned the product .

Difficult to keep in ears i should have tried clip on type. I think it would be great idea if a manufacturer would include both types of ear pieces insert and clip on. Some ears just dont adjust well to the inserts and so activity level abilities while wearing is not what i expected. And bluetooth would really be a nice next gen model to seperate you further from competition. I gave you two ideas that will increase sales and reduce dissatisfaction/returns. Dont be penny wise and dollar foolish. Yes i am a business consultant and customer. :)

Might be too new to rate. What I would have liked in the package is how to use, what are the time suggestions, how will I feel after using device. How to make ear buds fit correctly? So much information was missing.
