They fixed it!
I am beyond thrilled with the customer service at Pressed Floral. I’ve ordered three separate pieces in the past year and we already broke one of them. The company sent me a box to ship it to them and they fixed it up and sent it back quickly. They even discounted the repair cost because I hadn’t had it very long!
