STILL WAITING FOR THE FIRST LITTER ROBOT USE

Still waiting for the 1st of the 3 cats to use the Purobot Ultra. They are curious but once the camera rotates they start to focus on the camera. Besides that, I think all the functions are great, but cannot provide a confident review until it is being used. Only thing I can say from experience of other automatic litter boxes is when they start scooping these cats sometimes reach in to grab the clumps. Figuring out a way to slowly seal the entrance prior to spinning might prevent that.

App

The app is not very accurate in telling cats apart. I have 4 different color cats and the system gets the wrong cat almost every time. Also, the weight isn’t very accurate, it’s constantly changing do to the amount of litter. It would be better it would “tare” automatically so that the cats weight doesn’t change drastically

I had a competitor automatic litter box that I absolutely hated. It was smelly, loud and extremely hard to clean. I was hesitant to get this one. But it is an absolute game changer! It’s easy to clean, hides odors really well and super quiet. The app works really well with the camera. The biggest downside is there is no attachment for a lip on the entrance. I’ve read a few reviews about the same problem I’m experiencing. Cat goes in and doesn’t turn around and is urinating out the front! If there was a front lip attachment I think it would solve many issues! Please make one and it would be a 5 star litter box!
