Good Comfort and Posture Support, Quality Issue with Base

The chair is good. It is very comfortable and really helps with sitting in a good posture. But when we assembled it, it was rocking a little and was not stable near the base. The rivet on the bottom part of the chair looks loose, and it came that way. I cannot go through the hassle of packing the chair again and returning it, so didn't raise a return request .

I was looking at a secret lab chair then I found this one priced a lot more affordable. It was easy to put together nice construction, sturdy and so far it's amazingly comfortable. The best chair I've ever had.

Great chair

Very comfy. Lumbar support takes some getting used to. Only downside is the warranty isn't terribly long. The last chair we bought from here was the leather gaming chair. Excellent chair BUT the leather was completely cracked right AFTER the warranty was up, naturally. If they'd had spare parts that would have been good.
