Baking steel.
Love this. I get tired of trying to lift heavy things. That being said, this isn’t heavy, and it fits in my steam oven. Thank you.

Great Baking Steel
We made homemade pizzas on this and they turned out great! My wife was used to baking sourdough in her Dutch oven, but loves this as a lightweight alternative when paired with the baking shell.
