Perfect top for my sourdough. I was concerned that it was going to be awkward taking it out of oven but it is so lightweight that it lifts easily and my bread is baking perfectly.

Perfect for the job!
I have been using my giant Le Crueset Dutch oven upside down to make my sourdough. Has to be preheated, very heavy, difficult to pick up without smushing the bread. This does the job MUCH better. Lost one star because i think it’s overpriced for what it is.
