Label created and never shipped. I emailed several times until finally one customer service rep agreed with me that the package was never moving and has now processed another order to which I don't have the shipping information yet either. It's quite amazing that this skin care is very expensive, but it is not promptly shipped. Let's hope the second order arrives. So far, not having a good experience.
