A suggestion on your...

A suggestion on your return label-mine ripped as I was tearing off the outer label- consider using a separate label that is taped on the inside of the box then the customer can put over the original label on the outside box.

First fit was too long on the arms but they immediately sent out a new one to my stated size and it fit perfectly!!

Stand by their promise

Black Tux did an excellant job of replacing size issue. The sleeves on 48S were much longer than I expected and I also had lost some weight. They instantly sent a 46S which was perfect fit. Overall these guys provide a great service.
