Disapointed

I purchased the base after buying an Elite Optimus Prime. The prime arrived brand new with a bad battery. I sent it back and they replaced the battery so only cost me 2 weeks. I figured I would buy the base. It arrived... won't turn on. I have reached out to customer support 4 times and I get no response or the run around. At the end of the day I am going to return this. I pre-ordered Soundwave. I hope that soundwave arrives without problems.

The app won't connect

Straight out of the box the base is not connecting to the app. The app says there is no main device detected, even though we followed all troubleshooting procedures, used more than one phone to test it, and tried over and over again. A useless purchase. A big disappointment.

Pile of junk

While I was originally able to set up, I can no longer connect the robot. This is a very glitchy platform, take a pass.
