Great Idea, Disappointing Execution

I expected a moist vanilla muffin filled with gooey chunks of chocolate. Alas, this muffin was dry, and the chocolate chips were tiny and scarce. Mint chip ice cream has more chips! The flavor concept has plenty of potential, but the recipe needs work. Add more vanilla flavor, more moisture, and larger chocolate chips, and this one might become a winner.

I like these more than my wife does. She would probably go with a 3, and for me they’re a 4.5. Really good.
