I have had a Bosch Universal before but wanted something smaller that had more than 4 speeds. The Artiste fit the bill. I like that it is able to mix at lower speeds. I love to bake, whether cookies, cakes, bread or other. Since receiving it, I have made oatmeal raisin cookies and a sourdough loaf of bread. The mixing was perfect for both. I was able to get a window pane with my FMF sourdough bread in 6 minutes. Love my new mixer and look forward to more baking!

NutriMill Artiste Mixer Review

The NutriMill Artiste mixes dough well. The motor seems to labor at times with large batches. The mixer does not handle one loaf dough well. You do have to scrape down the sides. The NutriMill Artiste seems to do the best with recipes calling for 1000 grams of flour. The shaft in the middle makes dough removal challenging. The design also makes cleaning difficult. Durability may be a concern after 1-year of use. For the price, the mixer works well.
