So happy with my sifter. I love the ability to never buy commercial flour ever again! It sifts my freshly milled flour, so I can have access to an all-purpose flour with a lighter taste without the worry of what's been added. Perfect for when I blend whole wheat 3:2 with all-purpose to get a lighter flavor in my bread, or for using 100% all-purpose to make a pie crust.

I love it. I used it as soon as I got it today. I would recommend it highly. The only thing is make sure to sift all the flour you need first. It is so much easier.
