Best replacement
This is the best replacement for the dough hook extender. Don’t waste your money on something from Amazon .

Now I have an Extra
I overlooked the fact that one came with my mixer. So, now I have two. It's a crazy little gadget, but it was helpful when I was mixing dough. I could see that in time, with a lot of use, I may want a backup, so I'll be keeping it.
