First Time Experience

Very comfortable, sometimes catch the hoop going around the back of my head on things. Or, it just gets pressed to head and puts pressure on the sides shifting contact points from ears. Sound is good, able to understand well and hear other things around me all at the same time. Also, have not had anyone tell me they have a hard time hearing me. Especially with normally being in noisier surroundings. Only thing that I miss from my old set is that when a call was coming in, my old set would tell me who was calling so I wouldn't need to actually look at my phone. Battery life is very good in my opinion as well. All in all, a good buy, just a couple of things changed is all I have for issues with it.

They are ok

Use to use a Plantronics 5200, comparing these to that one, there are some features that the OpenComm's are missing like telling you who is calling. The sound is incredible until you are in a loud environment and then you can't hear anything, with the earbud style you can still hear the phone call. These are also delayed some so you can only hear part of your notifications and sometimes you don't hear them at all. Also there is no voice functions to answer phone calls, you have to reach up and hit the button or use your phone to answer calls and make calls. They could use an adjustable headband as well.

This is my favorite headset - I accidentally lost it, and immediately had to order another. So comfortable, so light, very high quality.
