Impressive leather and customer care
I usually buy high-end high-priced leather items known for their quality. I decided to buy this brand one day on a whim. Wow - I was impressed. From the leather to the customer service!! I now own many of this brand’s pieces. The leather is very supple and soft, the colors are brilliant. The logo is small and not flashy which is fantastic. I want quality not a brand name embossed so big that screams at everyone when they see the item. I also love that each item comes with its own duster bag, this item included. The customer service is also top notch - I had one item that ended up having a defect after one use. I got ready for a long tough process - it was not so!!! They sent me a new one, and then I simply sent back the defective one. Their communication on the process was truly outstanding.
Definitely recommending this brand to all my friends!

BEAUTIFUL AND USEFUL!
