Aventure 3 Step-Through Ebike

One of the best purchases I've ever made

I've been looking at the Aventure since version 1. The reason for the wait: the cost-to-"will I actually use this" ratio. I can now say resoundingly: YES. Absolutely worth it. I live walking distance to a national park and a bunch of off-road trails and dirt roads with great views. It performs great on pavement and rough terrain alike -- the only terrain I have a hard time with is soft sand, but I also might need to let a bit more air out of the tires. It's very well-made, and the software is also well thought out, I didn't even realize till today that it automatically mapped all my rides.. I chose the Aventure because we went down to one car over covid, and I wanted something that could be used for quick errands as well as off-road adventures. This feels like the perfect bike for both of these. Decided on the step-through model because I'm 6'1 and my partner is 5'9 - wanted one we could both try. Of course now we are looking at which model will be our 2nd purchase (Looking at you, Ramblas or Current). My biggest complaint: I also got this to get more cardio in, but that Turbo mode is highly addictive! I have to remember to pedal and sweat! But it's good to know if I'm exhausted I can dial in a bit more help from the motor. I'm also bummed I didn't order just a few days sooner, I was looking during the Memorial Day sale but waited to put it on a new CC. Almost waited for another sale, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger, it's been great. Also, it arrived in only a few days - I live in California and it shipped from a nearby city, but still, that was a surprise for a purchase this large with free shipping. If you're on the fence like I was, just get it.

I bought this bike to ride to work, tired of trying to find a place to park. It has been the best investment, easy to assemble on my own. Its such a smooth ride with no issues with acceleration. The headlight is bright where no one will miss you. The break lights and turn signals are useful as well. Really glad I bought this bike, it was worth every dollar spent. The bike lock is good, nice weight, came with its own case you can attach to the bike, but was warned by fellow bikers that it is not theift proof. However, it is very well made and if all else fails it can be used to protect yourself.

This is an awesome bike. Very well made and great quality. The only issue is that i need to adjust the shifting. The chain clicks a little when it is ridden. This bike is money very well spent.
