PXR BUNDLE - XL, Wall Mount

Very sturdy; performs very well; quiet; excellent service/support

A fellow Pyrenees owner recommended this door (I got the roll-up for in-door mounting). Michelle has gone above and beyond to help me work through what options would be best for my 5-pyr household, as well as answering questions after purchase. The door arrived quickly and was easy to install (beyond the nervousness to cut a big hole in my door!). Follow up has also been excellent, making sure all is going well. I have had only one brief issue when the door seemed to be not responding correctly. Michelle responded immediately to my email. After powering off (and removing the battery) then restarting, everything is working perfectly again. The troubleshooting info they give you would have told me this had I thought to read it first 🤦‍♀️. One of my pups is an aggressive paw-er of doors. He has been unable to damage this door (despite his best efforts) when I have the door set to keep him inside. Favorite features: *Smooth and quiet - I can’t hear the dogs going in/out just down the hallway. *RAPID opening and I love that I can set the door to close rapidly so my sneaky cats have limited time to follow them. *The schedule feature is great - I don’t want my pups out at night without me knowing and with the schedule set I won’t forget to turn off the door. *The door material lets light in, but you cannot see through it. Only real “negative” is the collars themselves. They’re pretty thin material to have the responsibility to hold on the not-cheap tag that opens the door. I used a heavy duty zip tie to attach the tag to my dogs’ XL collars, and it works great. The tags have had no issues with their puddle-splashing; I do take the collars off for extended pool time. I fully expected more “issues” as all things tech seem so temperamental these days. To have had only one brief blip out of MANY HUNDREDS of door openings is really fabulous. I am very pleased with this door, as are my pups. Highly recommend.
