After patting it dry and making sure not to forget the sides… this beautiful, delicious, totally accurate thermometer is ready to live on my kettle. COMIN’ UP!

Hot mod for my Weber
Used one for my kettle and another on my Genesis gas grill for accurate temps at the grates. Nice equipment.
