No response to return email

I received my product and unfortunately needed to return it (patch too large for project) and have emailed twice for next steps for return and received no response. 0/10 customer service.

Love my patch! It's so pretty and better in oerson than i had expected. Delivery was suoer fast! Highly recommend this store!
