Airtex Unstructured Hat

Great, heavy duty, and well constructed hat! Been using this a lot this summer on hot days when trying to beat the heat. It also makes for a great casual hat to wear around, still has some structure to the brim but pliable enough to just stuff into a pack or running belt if you need to get it out the way. Another 10/10 product.

This is a decent, well-priced hat, but it's worth noting that it doesn't appear to be a cut & sew design specific to Florence Marine, but rather a rebranded blank that arrived with the maker's tags and insignia on it. I also think it's worth noting that the mesh is a more yellowy "ecru" color under daylight than it appears when photographed under studio strobes for the website. Finally, the brim is quite thick and bulky for a hat that is otherwise so light, and this impacts the overall look making it slightly less sleek than it should be. Constructive criticisms aside, it's still a pretty solid value on sale, and I've been wearing it for Spring runs on road and trail quite often where it does its job well enough.

Great fit and style. Delivers on airflow, performing great so far on hot Florida summer runs. Will definitely take hiking.
