Bath Towel Rack

Nice clean, simple look which I was going for. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I asked to return it bc the wall I have in my condo will not hold it and I was concerned it might get yanked out of my wall with repeated use of a towel being pulled off the shelf. The towels used need to be in the thinner side. I asked to return it and they came back to me wanting to give me a partial refund bc it came from Turkey and would need to go through customs. I would need to pay all of the fees and was not guaranteed a full refund until it was received in Turkey. I ended up with a 50% refund and keeping the shelf.

Perfect for what we needed. Easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

Two of the screws were inserted so tightly, they stripped and could not be loosened or removed. Customer Support was very responsive when I reached out.
