Birdie 3.0

Walking alone with my dog every early evening even in a very safe neighborhood…. Has had a couple of scares at dusk with cars not recognized with tinted windows , slowing down near us . Even worse pulling to the curb once where I was standing. I had my hand on birdie. Ran from this last situation to a neighbors door ; but I felt I had power too in watching my surroundings and now birdie in my pocket!

This is the one currently on my purse now and it hasn’t fallen off which I appreciate! I gave the butter yellow and the coral to friends and haven’t asked them. It seems like the problem has been fixed. Thank you!

The birdie alarm itself is a great product and gives me terrific peace of mind for my daughter and my niece who both received them from me as a gift. A shout out to customer service for prompt and helpful resolution of a delivery issue. I can easily say it was the smoothest resolution of any customer service issue I’ve ever had in years!
