Wood Pulp Proofing Baskets

These wood pulp proofing baskets are wonderful! I have placed more than one order now to outfit my kitchen and our cottage kitchen. I will definitely order more.

I worried how well these would work without the typical cloth lining the basket. They work great! I just need to make sure they are floured very well and the bread dough comes out super easy!

Great product They are a bit wider then the regular bannetons So it consumes more room in the fridge It does breath better, resulting in a better loaf.
