The Crawling Crab

HORRIBLE products and the company does not refund when appropriate. Items ship in a thin bag, no packing materials. Mine came with crab box completely smashed. The company kept asking for more videos to prove the plastic smashed crab was broken in order to return. Their items are VERY poor quality, overpriced and they back/forth email for videos and avoid returns. Plastic in a box so severely smashed that an entire piece of the box is no longer attached was not a safety hazard for them & wouldnt accept the return.
