Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner Pro

Ordered this product in April and finally received it in June after many emails asking why my order hadn’t shipped. The first email customer aervice was great and let me know of a delay and anticipated shopping date. However, once that anticipated date cane and went, customer service didnt reply to follow up emails and I was starting to think I made a mistake and may not get my order. Finally in June, i received my shipment and I have had a chance to use it once. I will say that the first use was positive as I had a clean smelling machine. Time will tell as I am able to use it more and see results. Hoping for the best!

Ive only used the product 1 time, so far so good. However, took weeks for the product to arrive., why beyond what was posted on their website. Emailed twice with no response. Probably wont be ordering again for this reason.

I can't actually tell any difference in outcome between this and another washer cleaner. The rating is mostly due to Uproot Clean's support practices. The company is very slow to fill orders, but very quick to charge your card. This order was actually canceled by the shipper because they hadn't recthe product. It took an email to get it moving. Now my second order is just sitting because of 'supply not meeting demand'. Its supposed to ship today, but i have no updates. Its unlikely there will be a third order.
