Adjustable Ergonomic Footrest

Great little work buddy

This thing is heavy duty and I like that it doesn’t lock in one position. It stays tilted up how I want it all day. If my ankles get tired I can “pump” my feet and get them in a different position which relieves soreness for me. It’s wide enough for a 5’11” man. I give it 5 stars.

Solid Choice

Unlike a lot of foot rests, this feels very solid and sturdy. The movement is fluid yet still stiff enough to hold whatever position you select. It does not have a lock mechanism, but given the slide, it's not necessary. Very durable, and has excellent "feet" to keep it from sliding on all but the slickest surfaces.

Perfect Footrest

This Ergonomic footrest is perfect for relieving leg circulation from long work days. The forward and back range of motion also helps. It would help if it were a little higher to help with circulation.
