Late Delivery, No Communication, No Response

I specifically paid extra for same-day delivery because it was essential, but this service was not honoured. What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication—I wasn't informed that same-day delivery wouldn't be possible. I contacted customer service to ask for an explanation and requested a refund of the delivery charge, but I never received a response. The lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely disappointing. I will definitely not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable delivery service.

Ordered this for newborn baby they put lilies in it.

Very disappointed with the order. Nothing like the photo on the website. I’ve placed the order for a newborn baby of my best friend but they decided to add lilies to it, and is not on the description at all! The card was mentioned it was for a newborn! The bucket is so small even though I’ve ordered the deluxe! £100 + £12 for the vase and extra for the delivery!
