My original order was severely damaged during shipping. I notified Venus et Fleur and they promptly sent a replacement (which was slightly damaged during shipping). I have purchased three other arrangements from them in the past and all arrived in perfect condition. In this instance, they went above and beyond to make it right. I would strongly recommend them and their products.

Great Gift for Mother's Day

The flower arrived broken into pieces, so I reached out to customer service. The service was excellent: a replacement order was placed and delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the replacement was also missing one or two pieces, so I suspect there may be an issue with the packaging or production process. Overall, I have purchased Mother’s Day gifts from this company for the past couple of years, and my previous experiences have been great. I appreciate the helpful and responsive customer service.
