I'm still waiting for a full product after 2 weeks. First, they shipped the robot without a power supply. Next, the shipped a power supply without the special power cord. I'll update this review if/when I get all the parts. Finally, I received all the parts for my robot. Sadly, the company failed tondo anything to compensate for their multiple failures. They would say "we will send it overnight" or "I'll talk to the manager to see what we can do for you" but NOTHING was ever done. I'll never buy anything from this company again and it is due tontheir lousy customer service.
