The best coffee I have ever had from Mystic Monks or any other coffee roastery ever. It speaks for itself. Absolutely the smoothes. Timor-Leste should be served to guests.

Pleasant but not complex
This is definitely a medium or on the dark side of medium roast (not a light-medium) but still not dark mud. The darker roast takes away the complexity and brightness of the bean which is a bit disappointing.

Smooth and Rich!
The Timor-Leste coffee is smooth and rich. Excellent! I recommend it and will order it again.
