I wanted to love these cookies so bad and was so excited to get them in the mail for my family. They arrived and my entire family tried them and many of them got spit out immediately. The texture was extremely gritty. Almost all of the cookies were rock hard. Not sure why this would happen or if it could have been from being shipped on such hot days.
