OMNIA Universal Cinema Rig

Amazing tool.

A decade ago I was a music video Director, now turned family photographer here on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. I bought a Universal recently to build a new Video rig just to have some fun, and this thing is amazing. What I’d like to talk about most is the customer service that I received after I got it. I put it together really quick when I received it. There was a slight wiggle, no bueno. I wrote customer service and literally within 10 minutes, I had a friendly precise email(with a link to directions) explaining I must’ve skipped step four in the installation provess…well of course I don’t read or need directions, I’m a smart dude, I don’t need directions lol. Customer service was helpful and quick. Thank you for encouraging me to read the directions and Thank you for the immediate help! No wiggle now! It’s rigid and feels pro..:) Yea, don’t skip step four!

Honestly the only thing that would make it better in my opinion…. Was if the plate was excepted…. Side ways so my cage with built in Arca plate could just sliiiide right in without the additional plate attached to the bottom of the cage

Super clean and compact for what it is, It feels like a solid build with full metal construction and works great with my Fujifilm X-T4. It really is a universal rig and I dont even need to use a camera cage to use it! The obly reason im giving 4 stars is due to the price. The 379 is not inclusive of import taxes/tarrifs I had to pay in order to import to the US. Those were an extra $56. The product itself is very nice though and I do recommend.
