Vernal seems to curate reviews. No option for products with issues like the file cabinets which are garbage. Received damage shelf. They ask for the part number, a photo circling the part in the instructions, and a photo of the shipping label. Because these come in multiple boxes, with lots of parts per box, I gave them the wrong box number but correct part number. Got sent an entire box of parts but with the wrong part number. After much ado, they didn’t want to send me the correct part after that, then all of a sudden it shows up after I went ahead and assembled with the wrong part. If you hear them say they have escalated the issue, my experience is they introduce utter incompetence and lie to you. I have in email what they said they will do and after they mess up again, they do not honor it. They try to make things right but make things a mess instead costing me a lot of extra work and lost time. Stay away from their over priced IKEA file cabinets and shelves.
