No buckles but still nice addition
I bought the shoulder straps to finally convert my T3 placard into a chest rig. The kit was supposed to have "everything you need" to convert your T3 Range Day placard into a chest rig, but it did not contain the 1" female buckles to put on the placard for the male buckles on the straps to connect with it. Not a huge deal. I was able to procure genuine ITW Nexus buckles to match on eBay for about $10. Overall, same great quality you get from T3. Built with trademarked genuine Multicam textiles. I love the setup. I used seller 8492nylonworks on eBay for the ITW buckles just FYI for anyone else buying this.

The kit you need to turn a placard into a chest rig
The kit is complete, well made and turned my range day placard into a chest rig. Lots of attachment options and maybe that will come in handy someday. The 2 piece harness kept riding and bunching up on one side so I may need to figure that out. Oh and I wish the back pad for the placard was thicker but that's just me. Overall a good kit.
