The jewelry is beautiful, but the packaging situation was disappointing. I placed two separate orders totaling over $100 because these were gifts for different people. Even with multiple orders, only one gift box was included. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I’d need to pay extra for the additional boxes. I chose not to move forward with the charge, so the issue remained unresolved. The piece is lovely, but I hope Dear Heart clarifies their packaging policy so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
