like church, without the trauma
This isn’t what I would normally go for, but I’m glad I tried it! I’m by no means a scent expert, but when it first went on I got wafts of incense and it dried down to this really lovely peppery surprise. It’s not an every day scent for me personally, but I could see it being for special occasions, or something like a Pride party. The contrast of a scent that reminds me of the structure and heaviness of church combined with the bacchanalia of pride is so tempting. Maybe that’s the religious trauma talking. Definitely recommend at least a sample size!

Incense Lovers Rejoice
As an incense lover (my top fave note) this feels like a warm hug in a cathedral vibe - in general there's a warmth to Cirrus fragrances that you can tell is made with love and a distinct vision to each creation. This along with Maid Marian are my top favorites - truly a great brand!

A new fav - Duomo
Friend randomly gave me a sample of Duomo, and after wearing the pants out of the 2ml sample, I immediately bought 50ml bottle. I’m diving deeper into incense fragrances. I’m a musician and work in churches so I’m always looking for fragrances that are church appropriate. Perfect for daytime wear in slightly cool weather. I get incense, stone, and almost a root beer like note, maybe that’s the campari? It’s the perfect strength for me, sillage not too strong but does last long. Also good to layer with. So glad to have this in my collection. Thank you!
