So good for depuffing
I love this formula! Calendula and burdock are some of my favorite herbs so I was excited to see this. It works so well for depuffing or just anytime you feel heavy/swollen

Sleepy time bestie
This tonic is now part of my sleepy time routine. I sleep pretty well and consistently. Some times during my cycle my sleep gets very disrupted and my sleep will take a dip that week before. This tonic helps me unwind, and i can’t determine it yet, however I’ve been able to have a morning poo session more frequently than before. Perhaps I’m so relaxed it’s just so easier for my body! I went from a onetime purchase to a subscription based purchase so im saying if you’re on the fence absolutely get it!!
