Quilted Joy is my new source for Glide thread. Glide is my go to for long arm quilting. I’ve tried many other thread brands but I continue to come back to Glide. Quilted Joy has a great selection of colors and ships fast and packages securely Linen color is a great off white choice and is the color I use most often.

Glide thread in Linen

I recently quilted a customer’s hand pieced double wedding ring quilt with shades of green in the rings and an off white or soft beige in background and backing. I had a partial spool of Glide thread in Linen and knew it would be great. I added another spool of Linen to the shades of soft green that I wanted to use on the rings. I quilt on a sit-down, Juki Myabi, and the Glide thread works beautifully in the free-motion and ruler work that I enjoy.
