Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner

Haven’t cleaned my washer yet BUT I just moved into a house. The shower was draining super slow and the tub filled with water. Dissoled the tablet in warm water, poured down the drain, let it sit over night… the next day, the drain was working! Repeaded this the night after to help get anything left in the drain.

Honestly product works great! Their lead time & communication once they have your money leave a lot to be desired.. would have been quicker to the other place would have gotten it next day. Lastly they should’ve allowed you to receive and use the product before giving you a discount which expired before my products ever shipped.

The prodct seems to work okay. Used it only once so far. The shipping part was some of the worst I have had. Ordered on a Tuesday morning, the confirmation said i would have it in 3 business days. 2 weeks later I still did not receive the order. I contacted supoort and 2 days later i got a response that my order will ship soon. When I searched for my order it said it cant be found. When i got the shipment notification the order number was different from my original order number, plus it says it was created the day the support team reached out. The shipment was then delayed during shipping. Then 3-1/2 weeks after i orginally ordered, the shipment arrived. Really makes me wonder if I should order again from the company.
