Very disappointing experience

I ordered a bonsai tree from Bonsaiwonder on April 13th 2026 as a gift. The tree arrived damaged, dried out, with holes in the leaves showing clear signs of pest infestation. It was also packed poorly, with the trunk bent almost horizontally during shipping, causing the soil to break apart and the tree was so loose that it could not stand upright without support. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos and videos. After several weeks of communication, the company agreed to a full refund for the bonsai, but the refund was never issued. More than five weeks have passed since their last response, despite follow-up requests.

Ein wunderschöner Bonsai. Gute Qualität, erreichte mich nach 5 Tagen. Lieferung durch GLS chaotisch, habe die Lieferung in der Nachbarschaft aber dann doch gefunden.

Ziet er gaaf uit, ik hoop dat ik er meer plezier van heb dan de vorige bonsai die was na twee weken helemaal kaal, kwam nooit geen blaadjes meer aan, kon ik weggooien.
