Upon opening the cd, it immediately fell out on the floor and got scratched. The ring in the center of the cd case that holds the cd in place had been broken in transition or upon packaging. The prduct should be shipped with more protective shippment supplies such as bubble wrap or wrapping paper to sustain wear and trear during shipment. Ive never had this happen before. For a $7.99 shipping fee Kehlani & Atlantic Records can do better!

Loved that the CD is signed by one of my favorite artist. Arrived in perfect condition.
