Embody: Nervous System Reset App

I love the somatic exercises in this app so much. I've been struggling to regulate my nervous system and this has been incredibly helpful and I'm only in the first week. The app is well organized and I haven't seen any glitches or problems navigating. The search feature inside the app is particularly helpful when looking for a specific type of exercise. I will definitely be recommending this to friends.

The absolute best decision I made for my mind my body and my soul. I absolutely love everything about it. Worth every single penny!
